North-Springfield Little League League Line: (703) 256-2688 Annandale-North Springfield Little League (ANSLL) was created more than a decade ago through the merger of two formerly separate leagues. It is a 501(c)3 non-profit Virginia corporation and a chartered affiliate of Little League Baseball, Inc., operating under its rules and regulations. The national rules are supplemented by local rules (allowed by National Little League) to account for our particular conditions and situations. Every Commissioner, manager, and umpire receives copies of the rules before the season begins. A Board of Directors sets policy and administers the program. Board members are volunteers who hold key offices, such as president, vice-president, player agent, secretary, treasurer, league operations, etc. ANSLL belongs to Virginia District 10 Little League. We rely on income from team sponsorships by local businesses and organizations, fund-raising projects, and concession stand sales.
